Imagine being confident in who you are and what you have to offer, knowing that your soul is awake to express itself fully.
For the logical mind, soul freedom or spiritual freedom can seem challengingly elusive and intangible.
Some say soul freedom is an experience. And, as frustrating as this may be, unless you’ve had the experience…well, it stays intangible.
The beauty of soul freedom is that there is no fixed formula.
You decide what it means to you, what makes it true for you.
In my view (which is only one model or perspective), the antithesis to soul freedom is fear.
Fear of living, fear of being oneself, fear of standing up for and to oneself, and fear of not believing in oneself, to name a few.
Soul freedom is a reflection of how free we feel on the inside, the level at which our soul feels free to express itself. It is the foundation for our personal leadership, within which we have the potential to build a culture that fosters connection and flow in all areas of our life.
There are three questions that helped me open the door to a deeper exploration of what soul freedom looks like in my life.
Answering these questions helped me to take responsibility for my knowledge, wisdom, and expertise.
Knowing the answers helped me feel more confident and grounded. I experienced a greater sense of clarity and direction, and a deeper sense of fulfilment. I felt empowered to lead, contribute, and step up to be a role model. I started to experience increased productivity and a stronger sense of connection.
What are your answers to these questions:
- Are you owning your story and your gifts?
- Are you living and embodying your values?
- Are you showing up fully?
If you are not, would you like to?
