Soul and spiritual freedom is a reflection of how free we feel on the inside, the level at which our soul feels free to express itself.
From soul and spiritual freedom comes acceptance, recognition, forgiveness, and appreciation.
It is also the foundation for my personal leadership. Something that further supports me in building a culture of connection, choice, clarity, curiosity, and courage in all areas of my life.
It’s a bit of a list, but this is what having soul and spiritual freedom does for me:
💫 It fires me up. It makes me want to take action, to change, to grow, to evolve. It is the fuel underneath why I do what I do.
💫 It brings self-discovery and evolution into focus. I feel freer, agile, alive, inspired, and energised.
💫 It helps me fine-tune my focus and have trust in turning inward.
💫 I have the freedom to be who I am, to take responsibility for who I am, to be curious, to operate beyond the constriction of expectations.
💫 It helps me expand my perspective. It provides me with a framework and a foundation for stretching my comfort zone.
💫 It opens up space for integration of soulful practices in everyday life, and for deciding who I want to be and how I want to show up.
💫 It brings contentment, fulfilment, and inner satisfaction. It helps me stay confident in who I am and what I have to offer.
💫 My spirit and soul have the space to express fully.
💫 I am no longer defined or confined by drama or story.
💫 Having soul and spiritual freedom is about listening to my soul’s calling, giving my inner wisdom an opportunity to share its voice.
